You wil be treated to a wine cave tour and barrel tasting. Along the way, you'll be served a sumptuous lunch of fresh baguettes, herbed meats, organic mixed olives, imported and local cheeses, organic strawberries and wine-filled chocolate truffles. Enjoy the relaxed pace, beautiful scenery and world class wines, while leaving the traffic ar behind. Your coachman will give you an insider's view to the local history, the life cycle of the vines and the wine-making process. Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center. Each winery visited is a unique family-owned winery with award-winning wines and distinctive architectural styles. They feature diverse varietals, appealing to every taste, from refreshing Sauvignon Blancs and buttery Chardonays to spicy old vine Zinfandels and hearty Cabernet Sauvignons, to name a few. Your elegant picnic is served at a mediterranean-style winery with lawn sculptures and a graceful fountain. The tour price includes lunch and all tasting fees. Views from the carriage range from grapes clustered on the vine to spectacular vistas. The valley is ringed by oak-studded coastal mountains rising up from the lush and fertile vineyards along the Russian River. The carriage has a smooth and comfortable ride with a fringed shade top and cushioned seats. The horses, Duke and Pepper, are the rockstars of the tour.
