This affordable and convenient package includes San Francisco and Dublin hotel accommodations. You'll travel on a deluxe air conditioned van or bus with a professional tour guide. Each city on this exciting tour has something to offer providing plenty of photo stops and opportunities to get off the bus and walk around.

Starting in Los Angeles, you'll head up the California Coast to Santa Barbara. Next will be the charming city of Carmel before heading to San Francisco for your first overnight stay.

You'll spend the entire second day touring San Francisco starting with a cruise in the world famous bay. Think of all the historic landmarks and attractions you've always wanted to see. From Fisherman's Wharf to Chinatown. From the Golden Gate Bridge to Alcatraz Island. Have your camera ready; you'll see those landmarks and more.

The final day of the tour takes you back to Los Angeles. On the way, you'll visit Yosemite Park. Admission to the park is included in the price of the tour. In the winter time, the route takes you to Hearst Castle.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Los Angeles - Santa Barbara - Route No 1 - Carmel
On the first day you'll depart north, up the spectacular California Coast, to the first stop in Santa Barbara. Here you'll visit a Spanish Mission and learn how these religious outposts were key in the development of the entire region. Then you'll continue to Solvang, a quaint Danish community where you can browse in the local shops. Heading along Highway 1 through Big Sur takes you to the charming Carmel, home to actor Clint Eastwood, where you can stroll through town before heading towards San Francisco. Arriving in San Francisco you'll stay at the Pickwick Hotel.

Day 2
San Francisco - Bay Cruise - Golden Gate Bridge - Chinatown
The second day of the tour teaches you why San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The tour starts at the Fisherman's Wharf with a cruise in the world famous bay under the Golden Gate Bridge and around the notorious Alcatraz Island. Next, you'll return to Pier 39 for a leisurely lunch before enjoying an afternoon taking in all the city's famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Union Square, Chinatown and Nob Hill. Your tour ends with a night view of the city from the Bay Bridge. You'll spend the night in Dublin at the Radisson Hotel.

Day 3
San Francisco - Yosemite - Los Angeles
The final day of the tour goes through farmlands of the Joaquin Valley to Yosemite National Park. This 1,200 square mile wonderland of forests, lakes and waterfalls is located in the Sierra Nevada. Stops will be made at:

~ El Capitan - a 3000 foot vertical rock formation in Yosemite National Park
~ Bridal Veil Falls - one of the most prominent waterfalls in the Yosemite Valley
~ Half Dome - a granite dome in the park
~ Mariposa Grove - home to the world's largest living things, the Sequoia Trees

In the winter time, the tour departs south to Route #1, for a visit to the world famous Hearst Castle. Built by the newspaper baron William Randolph Hearst, you'll tour the famous house filled with antiques and see why the castle served as a playground for the rich and famous for the first half of the 20th century. The tour ends on Wednesday evening in Los Angeles.
